MY MEMORIES

What a slack day. I slept like a pig. Whoa this hols i really slept alot, average about 10 hours or more per day! Well, should i say i deserve it? During school days the amount of sleep i received is quite minimal, so it's only right for me to compensate for it right? Hehee =p
About one hour later its the TV premiere for Lord of the Ring-The Two Towers. The show ROCKS. All 3 shows ROCKS. With fantastic director Peter Jackson and marvellous actors, the shows juz cant go wrong, completed with a wonderful storyline. Those haven watch before pls switch on to Chl 5 later at 7.30 and tmr 7.30 too, you wont regret, even if it means missing abit of Japan vs Croatia match later at 9 and Switzerland vs Togo match tmr at 9 (soccer fanatics pls dont trash me). I simply adore the quote by Samwise Gamgee in The Two Towers that i have quoted in my previous template, and for the benefit of those who forgotten it i shall quote it here again:
"I know. It's all wrong. By right we shouldn't even be here.
But we are.
It's like in the great stories, Mr Frodo. The ones that really mattered.
Full of darkness and danger they were.
And sometimes you didn't want to know the end...
because how could the end be happy?
How could the world go back to the way it was
When so much bad had happened?
But in the end it's only a passing thing, this shadow.
Even darkness must pass. A new day will come.
And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer.
Those were the stores that stayed with you that meant something.
Even if you were too small to understand why.
But I think, Mr Frodo. I do understand. I know now.
Folk in those stories had lots of chance of turning back, only they didnt.
They kept going, because they were holding on to something,
That there's some good in this world, Mr Frodo.
And it's worth fighting for."
